I am looking at buying an older Cannondale on e-bay. It's item # 180235579142. It's a light blue in color and the seller says he can find no model name or number. I was wondering if any knowledgable forum member might recoqonize this bike who can help me?

Cannondale serial number was punched into the chainstay, I can't remember left or right. First two numbers are frame size, next six are date, last three is a line number. For example:

SN 54021787135 = 54cm, built 02/17/87.

The bike on eBay looks like a '86 or '87. Looks like it still has that Tange steel fork, which was replaced with an aluminum fork in '88.
