Imagine if MLK said in his speech. "that one day little black boys and girls can riot outside little white boys and girls homes" what would have been the GOP types reactions? You already jumped to a conclusion but it is not true. Rush was talking about "Dreaming of Riots" with regards to a group called Recreate 68' which is far left. Supposedly they are planning to protest the democrat convention. Rush had nothing to do with it other than planning to enjoy it.

Operation Chaos is Rush Limbaugh's plan and massive riots are part of that plan that he is selling. The most benign way to spin that is to claim his plan is only based on wishful thinking not marching orders to his most fervent followers. So in other we have another Republican profiting (profiteering?) from a plan based on wishful thinking... that's sounds like a familiar MO for some other famous Republicans.
