I just bought the Bontrager Aeolus Clinchers. I'm going from a standard wheelset so I have two questions:
1. When I'm climbing hard or sprinting the wheels make a very prominent swooshing sound as my bike moved back and forth. Is that the carbon rims or maybe the air swooshing through the spokes?
2. Any wind, other than a perfect head wind really catches the wheels and moves them. I'm assuming this is normal for deep section carbon wheels and I'm just not used to it because of going from a standard wheelset?
When I'm riding with any crosswind and take one hand off the handlebars, to take a drink, the wind can really move the front wheel... I'm scared to ever ride no hand to stretch or something, which I always used to do.
