Either way, looks like I actually have a reason to go to YJ. Creakyknees 05-08-2008, 11:26 AM I'd like to have a "Panasonic girl" mustache. innergel 05-08-2008, 12:26 PM That pic was taken at the Yellow Jersey, so she's either an employee or a customer. Either way, looks like I actually have a reason to go to YJ. There's several pics of her on the YJ site. You have to dig for them though. The site's a little random in it's design and navigation. She's definitely a cutie. Certainly worth a trip to the shop to say hello. On another note, I emailed YJ about a stem and they replied in like 10 minutes! That's how customer service on the web should work. Slim Again, Soon 05-08-2008, 01:02 PM ... is full of stuff! threesportsinone 05-08-2008, 01:18 PM On another note, I emailed YJ about a stem and they replied in like 10 minutes! You have no idea, the only person that does have an idea of what all is in there is the owner, and he knows all of his inventory (which has been growing for quite some time now) Sojourneyman 05-08-2008, 06:00 PM Wilson from Home Improvement has a daughter? Dave Hickey 05-09-2008, 03:22 AM dang...she is cute...I might have to pickup my new frame in person... matzep 05-09-2008, 05:43 AM I like how she uses the bike frame as a picture frame to focus on her .... :p indianabob 05-11-2008, 03:19 AM Why is she eating that bike frame? Mel Erickson 05-11-2008, 09:28 AM They may reply quickly to emails but I've found their in person service to be somewhat lacking. The store is a disorganized mess and most of the people who work there don't know where a lot of the stuff is. Many times I've gone in looking for some not so common but not out of the question part and gotten disinterested stares. Prices are generally high. Maybe if you're a regular (I only stop when I'm in town and not every time, usually 3-4 times a year) service is better. I'm sure if I was looking at a particular frame or bike I would get more rapt attention but most of the time it seems like more of a flea market. I've bought many things from them over the years but YJ is not my favorite LBS or even in the top five. BTW, nice smile. buck-50 05-12-2008, 07:53 AM They may reply quickly to emails but I've found their in person service to be somewhat lacking. There's what you want, and there's what the owner wants to sell you. That girl has way too few tattoos to be working at YJ. maybe she works during the week. threesportsinone 05-12-2008, 10:50 AM dang...she is cute...I might have to pickup my new frame in person... 1) I was just in YJ ten minutes ago, I was helped by a different cuter girl, definitely worth it. 2) NEW FRAME! did I miss something? did you get a Panasonic travel bike? the beautiful New Orleans Relief Nagasawa?
