There's several pics of her on the YJ site. You have to dig for them though. The site's a little random in it's design and navigation. She's definitely a cutie. Certainly worth a trip to the shop to say hello.

On another note, I emailed YJ about a stem and they replied in like 10 minutes! That's how customer service on the web should work.

Yup, say you are going to buy something and that money is a non-issue, and they can get you whatever you want.

You have no idea, the only person that does have an idea of what all is in there is the owner, and he knows all of his inventory (which has been growing for quite some time now)

They may reply quickly to emails but I've found their in person service to be somewhat lacking. The store is a disorganized mess and most of the people who work there don't know where a lot of the stuff is. Many times I've gone in looking for some not so common but not out of the question part and gotten disinterested stares. Prices are generally high. Maybe if you're a regular (I only stop when I'm in town and not every time, usually 3-4 times a year) service is better. I'm sure if I was looking at a particular frame or bike I would get more rapt attention but most of the time it seems like more of a flea market. I've bought many things from them over the years but YJ is not my favorite LBS or even in the top five.

What's worse is actually getting service at YJ... There's what you want, and there's what the owner wants to sell you.
