Ok so I scored a 03 S-Works with full Dura Ace for silly cheap. Everything is smooth as cool whip but I have a creaky rear end. It's more of a "Ticking" creak when I get on it hard or climb. If I press on the crank until the rear cogs engage and lock I can get it do it to a lesser level than when I'm riding. I snugged up the crank bolts, der. hanger, r. deraillure, and shifting is flawless. Could the spokes need a tightening or could it be the hub? or do S-Works just do this (Alu frame) Any help would be cool beans. Thanks in advance!

Grease the rails and make sure they're tight. I had a maddening tick that I could reproduce in and out of the saddle and even with the bike in a trainer with me spinning the pedals by hand. I tightened everything. It turned out to be the rails.
