For about $225 at Performance (after the 20% coupon), this HID with a lithium ion battery seems like a bargain. But then again, there must be a reason it's so cheap and I've only recently learned of it.

Has anyone tried this light?

I recall a few reviews about this light. I though about getting one as well, but the reviews were rather low, if memory serves me right.
