Valverde is definitely a rising star. Heck, he already is a star. But he was not slated to ride the Tour this year even if Kelme HAD received an invite. His goals (this season) are early, then late in the Vuelta.
Ther than Valverde, who's left on Kelme? Casero? Who has no license yet btw...

yes they lost a bunch of their roster. sad as they've been involved so long and have always been good agitators in the mountains. Also CAsero hasn't sounded like he wants to work for Valverde if he gets his license anyway.
