Not sure exactly where it is, but it's really cheap, really close to the course (but not the start finish). 5 minute walk from the filmore climb. look it up.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency in the past-great hotel, but pricey.

It's a block from the start/finish, which is a fun place to watch the race. Killer brunch at the hotel, too.
