On my front wheel, one of the dustcap always comes loose and starts rattling. I let my lbs fix it, but one or two days later its loose again. Not even superglue helped. The wheel and hub is not loose, so why just the dust cap???

What hub / wheel?
Try swapping the dustcaps left to right.

the front wheel on the left side has the loose dust cap. It doesn't affect my riding, but is just so annoying.

years ago, when I was a wrench, I'd see this from time to time. My solution, since it's a press fitting into the hub shell, was to "cold set" the dustcap to a new shape with a bench vise. Sounds extreme but what you want to do is ever-so-slightly ovalize the dustcap so that it can be pressed back into the shell and remain wedged in there. I would put the dustcap in the vise to where it was snug, then tighten about 2 or 3 degrees then test it in the shell. A bench vise helps since the handle is a good measurer of how much you are actually working the cup. Vise grips would likely just crush the thing and you'd be out a dust cap. Anyway, perform as a last resort and at your own risk. Foggy's just trying to help...
