WASHINGTON - Standing beside Iraq's interim Prime Minister Ayad Allawi, President Bush on Thursday denied that he has sugar-coated the situation in Iraq and said that elections are possible as scheduled in January despite ongoing violence “because the prime minister told me they are.”

WHAT DO OUR PEOPLE SAY, GEORGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't give a rat's ass what Allawi says.

...said the Allawi puppet as Cheney pulled on the puppet strings and threw his voice (very convincingly I might add).

How about some Iraqi who is not a trained puppet of the CIA ?
We might have better results if we brought back Saddam, and set him up as a puppet like we did in Japan after WWII. No power, just a figurehead. Couldn't be worse than what we have now.

how about someone who didn't used to be one of saddam's thugs, performing that torture and killing of innocents that bothers you so?
