I work for a Northern California Police Department near San Francisco. We arrested a guy last night who was riding a Felt Road bike that was definately not his. The bike appears to be stolen and we are trying to locate the owner. If anyone who lives in the area had their Felt bike stolen please call the below number. Thankyou for the help.

They might recognize the bike and be able to help you find the owner. This is not a relatively popular brand, at least not around here, so there probably won't be that many dealers or people with that brand.
