I know a dealer that sold a 50cm F60 last weekend for $1000. But it was a closeout for the end of the season before the new bikes arrive.

I do not know where you are but Felts at that level are discounted all over CA

and that bike has a rather coomon Kinesis frame made in China; then shipped to Taiwan for piant and setup - so there are a dozen other brands that you could get with same quality at much less
