There are fellow cxers in Southern California, so this
hits close to home...

With all the news on TV lately about the sub-zero
weather and snow that the East Coast is experiencing,
we shouldn't forget that Southern California
has its share of devastating weather too.

I've attached a photo illustrating the damage
caused to a home from a West Coast storm that
passed through the Los Angeles area Wednesday.

It really makes you cherish what you have, and
reminds us not to take things for granted!!!

Warning: The attached picture is graphic and may
not be suitable for sensitive viewers

That's a good one but your last line applies to anything & everything.

Have a super weekend!

It sounds like you barely made it through these trying ordeals. Let us know if you would like us to start a relief fund....from your humor that is :D Our prayers are with you.

that's priceless! i recently moved to nor cal from LA and i do miss the weather down there. both areas have a lot of rideable days compared to most places i guess... my thoughts are with you and your family and, most importantly, that poor, poor chair :-)

I felt I needed to break out from the 'bad guy' reputation I somehow find myself in.
I grew up in NorCal and I think my hometown in one day got as much rain as we have in the year. Don't let people fool you when they say "people in SoCal can't drive in the rain." it's a lie "they can't drive period. wet roads just better illustrate the faults in their driving techniques.
have a good weekend everyone
