What is our higher education becoming when L'il Kim is the subject of study at any university?

Dude, you can get a Ph.D. in Frisbee. Well, at least you can study it in classes. You might be able to get a grad degree.

I would think such a class would not fly at our uni, but one on hip-hop culture certainly would. And english class on hip hop lyrics would work well, though only looking at lil kim would strike me a bit thin material wise for a course. I also did not see the course listed at syr.edu, so it is probably a special topics course and not on the books per se.
