Does anyone know if this bike is still available?

I have searched the Specialized site and it is coming up as no matches.

Not sure what you're searching, or if you just tried search, but not drill-down (maybe their search engine stinks?). But here it is: http://www.specialized.com/SBCBkFamily.jsp?sid=05Langster&JServSessionIdroot=7k6phcwiav.j27009

My LBS seems to be stocking more and more of them these days. Been thinking about buying one myself, but have decided just to do a conversion on my old Torelli.

Thanks 633;

I had found it once before, can not find it on the site now.

The link you sent me works perfectly but if I go into their site and serach Langster, fixed gear, track bike or velodrome - all come up no match.

Can't find the name under 2005 bikes but your link works - wierd!

Once you get to the USA site, choose Bikes, then Road Bikes. Langster is the last one. The search is wrong it seems.

Best,

Yup, there it is on the US site, not on either the Canada or Intrernational sites.

Guess I'll have to buy one when I'm in Arizona in the Spring.

Here's what I think this means:

SG = Supergo ??

F VAlley = ???????????????????????????????

Those SoCal-ers just assume we know all their lingo. I guess because, like NY, it is all over the TV ;)

I would try to contact a dealer ahead of time. Specialized has had trouble keeping up with the demand for this bike. They keep pushing back thedate of availability on certain sizes. What size in particular do you need?

I normally ride a bike in the 54 to 56 range.

I work at a specialized dealer and checked there inventory today. Specialized is not expecting t o receive any until mid Feb. If I were you I would try to contact a dealer and try to purchase one ahead of time. They sold out of these bikes last year, and currently are selling them at a rapid pace.

You might contact River City Bikes in Portland, OR. I know they still have some 2004s (the bought 100 last year!), but I am not sure what sizes.
