I just happened to be in Portland yesterday for the bike swap, decided to take my track bike and go to Alpenrose afterwards. What a great day to be on the track, I was hootin' and hollerin'. Did a whole bunch of sprint practice, from the top of the banking. Forgot how much that hurts!
