Wondering how the frame trade in policy works? My wife has an old Cannodale frame, would be nice to upgrade it for her.

How old? I know Cannondale has since changed the policy and they have also changed ownership, but I had a friend who had a 1986 frame. His owner's manual had it in print that he could upgrade his frame later for $200 to any frame Cannondale made. This was a couple years back, but he traded up for a Caad 6 at the time.

Cannondale didn't want to honor the upgrade, but he had it in writting... so they kinda had to or they could've gotten sued. So look for that old manual and see if there is anything in there about it. Couldn't hurt.
