Hi & dry that is how I was treated! I don't understand how a custumer of 20+ years is treated.ordered some items ,used 20% off code that they e-mailed me, waited for conformation of order ,4 days later got phone call they got credit card problem. so now I call think I have everything fixed . next day another call ok its not fixed. Now I can't figure what is wrong so call my card company, they say everything is fine & nashbar has charged it to me.So 3calls to nashbbar & 3 e-mails &one conference call with both nashbar & my credit card and 1 more credit card call and I still am charged with NO ITEMS SHIPPED AS OF THIS TIME . always liked nashbar then heard performance now owns them....not a GOODthing :( my credit card company has been 5 stars through this they are LL Bean.......your move NASHHEAD :eek:

Nashbar customer service went downhill when Performance bought them. Now they both suck. I only buy from either when they have great sale prices. Most of the time, their prices (with shipping) are no better than my local bike shop.
