From ABC News (http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/Vote2004/story?id=306552&page=1):

In reference to the blue states --
"We might talk to people, but we don't talk to people to understand their point of view," said Kerry supporter Alan Mather. "We talk to people to get them to understand our point of view."

A month after the election, Mather could well be speaking for both colors.

How very true. It's such a good thing we have neo-cons and neo-libs out there tearing the country apart.

That may be true for both sides, but the problem here is that the Neo-Con's are the ones driving the speeding bus and don't know where the brake pedal is. When you're dealing with people that are completely out of control like they are, you're not inclined to want to hear them explain their insanity.

They haven't a clue about what they're doing!! Libbies are the ones who grapple with the issues and try to understand what's going on. Neo-cons just say, "Look, I know what I believe, and that's it! Don't get me confused."

No, I meant neo-liberalism and it's more like a bowel movement. Rabidity is merely the delivery mechanism for the turd.
