I have read past threads on crit racing in general. Thanks Troyboy 03-10-2004, 06:49 AM Don't take anyone else down. Stay on the back for everyone's sake. Have fun. No need to worry about course particulars. Troyboy 03-10-2004, 09:24 AM Wind is onshore and a factor. The accordian is full bore here due to the 180x2 turns. Sprint like a prison escapee at the end if you've got some. Finish is nearly a mile from the last turn and uphill. mdvilla 03-10-2004, 10:17 AM Wind is onshore and a factor. Like I've mentioned, your first goals should be to relax, get to know what's goin' on, hang on, hopefully finish, with the pack, don't go down, don't take anyone else down, etc. Survival. Racin' in SoCal aint like racin' in some other parts. It's seriously competitve. t-moore 03-16-2004, 02:19 PM I am not quite ready to race, but I came out to watch the big dogs go at it. mdvilla, so how did you do out there.... |
