I just finished watching "The Chonicles of Riddick" What a great roller movie! Seriously, I thought it was going to be a really dumb movie (which it kind of was) but it was perfect for the rollers. Couple of great chase scenes and fight scenes to get you going. I actually had to back off at one point because I was getting way outside my aerobic range as a result of a particularly good action scene where Vin and a ouple other dudes are escaping a prison. I actually watched both "Pitch Black" and "The Chonicles of Riddick". Pitch Black wasn't quite as good as Chonicles, but it was also pretty good and had some great chase type scenes. I think you sort of need to watch Pitch Black first since they leave out a lot of the plot line and explanation for Riddick and his condition in the second movie.

Anyway ...

Anyone have any good movies to watch while churning away the hours on the rollers? I need to add some to my Netflix list.

28 Days Later was pretty good for the interval workouts.
Just tore through the entire season of Band of Brothers on DVD... that one's pretty good too.

I like a drama or comedy as much as the next guy, but I need action/suspense for trainer time. Tried doing intervals to Chapelle's Show and kept cracking because I'd be laughing so hard.

anything without long relaxed scenes that drag on and on and on and... basically your standard action movie works best for me.

Run Lola Run - absolutely the pick so far. And Predator 2.
