Must be ordering parts up for that CAAD 7 frame. The Cane Creek should work if it is for integrated headsets. Cannondale has used Ritchey and FSA as well as Campy. I don't know if you are going to ask this but the seat post will be 27.2. What are you building it up with?

Thanks Coyote! Yes, I am ordering parts. Unfortunately the seller of the frame has yet to deliver a tracking number for me, so I don't know when it will arrive. Sometimes buying/selling through ebay can be a pain.

I actually found out that you have to use a campy-style bearing headset for these...Cane Creek will not work. Ordered an FSA.

I am swapping the parts over from another bike, so primarily 105 stuff...trying to do this on a budget. I am really looking forward to building this bike up. I did lots of research before I determine this was the bike that would work for me.
