Any tricks to get the seals out of Record hubs? I am not sure if you can remove them without destoying them? I need to replace my bearings. Any ideas?

I have removed several (and re-used them) without any damage using a small (3mm) blunt srewdriver.The "blunt" is very important, no sharp edges.Ease the blade under the seal and then rotate the screwdriver.They are quite a tight fit so first time you need to be a bit brave until you get the feel for doing it.
