I've convinced two friends to do the Montreal-Boston AIDS ride this summer. It looks to be a good ride for a worthy charity cause. Have any of you done this? I'm just curious for training tips, etc. to get me ready. Centuries are no problem, but I've never done any multi-day rides on quite this scale, so I'm a little concerned about how to train for it.

Any hill suggestions for the Boston metro area? I usually hit up the one going to the Arlington Heights water tower a couple times per week, but haven't found anything else really significant.
