With a few component swaps this looks like it could make one fun cross bike. Anyone have any experience with BMC frame durability and quality?

They have mtb, mtb full suspen, city, and then these.. so this would be MTBs with 700c.

yeah it's like they created a series of superhigh end hybrid bikes. it's an odd approach as far as marketing is concerned in my opinion but if it's as durable as I would imagine it is i'm sure it would be great for cross.

oh wait scratch that i just took a closer look at the photo and the cable furrels are on the lower side of the top tube.
