Hey all,

I love biking too much just to stick to mtb bikes,so....

Wondering if some coould enlighten me on approx cost of an overhaul of a bike, old Peugot, needs a little work and some parts (chain,rubber/tubes)

can anyone recommend a good shop in GTA (prefer west end) or any privateers out there who do this.

2nd. If i buy new, what price range is good to start at (40km daily commute, and wouldnt mind getting into a few longer rides -charity rides and what not)

3rd Besides weight what are the advantages/disadvantages to a steel frame
(is steel better for heavy types-6'3 225lbs)

Thanks for helping a newbie

Cheers

If you are looking for a good bike shop that can fit you properly and take care of your needs in the west end of T.O, go to Wheels of Bloor ask for Raddick or Peter, they'll set you up nicely.
