Does anyone know what the diffrence between the two are. I've been to the campagnolo website and everything seem the same, except that it is black and has the same construction as the chorus BB?

Campy doesn't provide much of an explanation, other than the new Centaur is lighter and uses the same lockring/BB installation tool as Chorus and Record. The 2005 spare parts list has not been updated to reflect the new design. No spare parts are shown.
