Please be advised I had been approached to sell a Frame to MATHEW SMITH from
S. Africa posing as a Automobile dealer. His agent (SURPRISE) was right here in my
town with a cashiers check for $3900 All I had to do was take the $700 for the frame
and wire him the differance. Hmmmm I thinks I smells a rat! So the moral of this little
parable is; folks please be heads up out there. Think twice before acting once! May save you some grief down the road. Please read the scam alert too if you haven't already.

This is a common scam. See this post: http://forums.roadbikereview.com/showthread.php?t=1612 regarding the same type of scam.

His "agent" is likely the DHL courier man. Of course it's a scam. How obvious can it be? Why bother even thinking once? Just ignore the Mugu.
