Please post training ride schedules for this area, my winter training partners (all triathletes) aren't cranking up the cycling as much as I hoped...

Can't help you on rides but there are tons of clubs in Eastern MA so you should be able to find a club to train/race with.

Check the Seben Hills Wheelsmen, I think that's the name of the Worcester road club
