I got out yesterday for a 30 min ride, but I froze...Too cold for me. Im just south of Montpelier on rte 12. I hit black ice and grew a nice orange sized bruise on my hip now. It was worth it. Trainers are depressing. It keeps my legs going. But not the thrill of cycling.

Sorry bro, but the rest of us aren't THAT brave yet. Enjoy the skiing instead, it's about time we got some snow! I'm in Stowe, just N of you. I can feel your pain though- if there weren't so much salt on the roads, I'd be sorely tempted to try a ride too.

See you out there in a few months!

I guess no one but me is out lately. I went out last week and it was beautyful out. Sunny in the 40's yet still a mass of ice on roads along with a 1" layer of water on the roads so make you nice and wet. Thank God I got knee warmers. Next I need insulated bike shorts...

I got a 5 hour ride in a few weeks ago outside. Anyone want to ride let me know. Looks like this week is going to warm up after March becoming winter wonderland. I am hoping the rain is coming in next ten days to wipe off the salt and the snow =/
