View Full Version : guidelines, rules, limits?
DougSloan 02-18-2005, 10:10 AM So, how far can we go here? It's not that I'm a lawyer and get caught up in rules or anything, nor that I'd push said rules to the limits, but some guidelines would be nice, lest I get PM'd and booted. Painted b**bs ok? Thongs? See through? I assume rules are at least a little more relaxed, here, as people should know what they are getting into. Thanks.
Spunout 02-18-2005, 10:12 AM Your a lawyer!
Okay, does not have the same effect. Down with the man!
Painted? Geeze I missed another one....

I'm gonna have to lay off this forum from work after seeing the wet-t-shirt photo this morning. Not that I mind, but I think stuff like that might catch the eye of the IT police here. Pix of bikes and girls standing on a podium no problem, but pix of half naked women with wet t-shirt and perky nips might just make them pay me a call.

I think this will be my new signature (and no one can complain, as it's from an ad here):
<img src="http://www.midcalracing.com/untitled.jpg">
there must be a podium in the picture, or have at one time thereupon stood, or within the last moon phase fantasized about being on, or near (if European east of the Caucases), a podium. Every woman's dream.
Isn't it funny how you can get fired for looking at a picture? HA! And get pm'd for words? But this forum is ok? I'm getting mixed messages....
At least its bike related!
I wonder how long this one gets to stay up... ;)
wayneanneli 02-18-2005, 12:48 PM Sorry guys, but I think the photo from Tig defeats the purpose of "podium girl" and turns this forum into something that it should not be. There has to be a limit and some decency in what is posted here - some recent photos simply go overboard.
Cheers, Wayne
The AR's win so I will take it down. Sorry for offending any uptight elitists. (lighten up)

Hey,
it has nothing to do with being elitist, which I am far from. I just think you went overboard. Have you ever thought that maybe your photo was insulting? Maybe you're the one who is uptight because you have nowhere else to post stuff like that.
*yawn*
Again, lighten up!

You're just not worth the effort.

So what Jefferson was saying was "Hey! You know, we left this England place because it was bogus. So if we don't get some cool rules ourselves, pronto, we'll just be bogus too."
You're relatively new here, so I should give you a break. Still, get the corn cob out of your a$$ and you'll do just fine.

Yeah, because illegal congress with yerself just can't be all that great, (but still better than sex with your parents).

What was the pic? GAHH!! I miss everything!!
carpet bagger 02-26-2005, 10:58 AM There are guidelines, albeit very loose (excuse the pun).
I am guessing the one sentace below the banner on top of this page is the closest thing to the guideline:
No nudity. Keep it bike-related and let's keep it safe for the workplace.
How bout let's blow up the workplace and get out early today?
Limits? Restrictions? It's every man for himself. But there's a handy guide to what's unacceptable at www.readmyboobs.com
