Anyone planning on following the TDG this year? I went to several stages last year and it was great, so I plan on doing the whole thing this year. Also, did any of you see it on Brasstown Bald? I am trying to figure out the strategy for viewing there and wanted any tips from folks who have been there. Info like...were people camped out (overnight) along the road etc. Thanks!

I went up there that morning of the stage and rode up to the observatory tower a couple of times before the riders got to the foot of the mountain and then I stood by the road along with my family taking shots of the riders as they passed.
This year I will be going a day earlier and stand on Woodys gap,as they will be passing here twice. Be sure to get to Brasstown Bald early,especially if you are going to ride up it a couple of times,because it gets really crowded several hours before the expected arrival of the riders.
