I like the new format, but that's because I'm used to it from other forums using the same software. I don't have a problem, as many do, with the full thread list, ala the old board.

My little nitpick is the Quick reply. Can you leave it turned on instead of requiring a button click? Other boards I've been to usually just leave it on so you don't have to click another button to post a reply. I do see the advantage of specifying which message to quick reply to by including it in your reply but it's a minor annoyance.

If not, I understand, just a suggestion.
