I thought you'd be interested to see some pictures of my new Hetchins. Obviously this isn't true retro, but it has ben made my the legitimate modern incarnation of the English Hetchins firm. I won't bore you with History (see www.hetchins.org).

The frame is custom built. Main triangle is Reynolds 753 and rear triangle and forks 531. Reynolds bend the stays to a 30's patent on behalf of Hetchins.

Equipment is largely 2004 Campagnolo Chorus. The brakes are NOS Record Delta's from late eighties/early nineties. Seat post is NOS 2001 Chorus. Stem is a Cineli Grammo Ti. Saddle a new Storika. Clearly the wheels don't go.

that's a beautiful machine. hetchins is on my short list. i'ld love to find a 71(year i was born, if for any reason) hetchins curly 51-53cm, c-c frame and fork for a reasonable price.

Just stunning. The only straight-forked Hetchins I've ever seen. It wouldn't have been my choice, but that's a taste thing.

One of the best-looking bikes I've seen in a long time. I especially dig the Deltas with 10-speed Record.
