My girlfriend and I just took delivery of our new bikes today. I got a Langster and she got an Allez Sport 27, both in matching carbon-gray finish. It's her first road bike and she's really excited. I think it's going to be a great bike for her. I think I'm really gonna like the Langster too. I am probably pretty lucky to have gotten one, I ordered it last Friday, apparently I got the last one in the country. Anyhow, here are some pics of the new rides...

Not sure who told you that you got the last one in the country, unless it was a size 50. The 50's are the only base model Langster that are sold out. They still have plenty of all of the other sizes. I ordered mine back in December and didn't get it until the 3rd of March when they became available for employee purchases. They anticipated that they would sell well and ended up making more than originally planned.
Congrats though, it's a sweet cost effective ride. I have been loving mine since I got it. Your girl has a decent first bike too. 105 rear and Tiagra front der. brakes and shifters. They must look nice next to each other! The Allez Sports always sell well.
