Any good suggesstions for finding a used road bike for my son. He's almost 16 so I don't want to buy something new and have him grow out of it in one season. I'm looking for a 54 or 55cm.

EBay and the Roadbikereview classifieds had nothing local. Endurosport used to have classifieds but no longer. Does anyone else?

I won't buy a bike I have not seen and rode.

outdoorgearswap linked to from mec.ca also has road bikes in the Toronto region.

Also check out trirudy.com, they tend to be Ottawa area but a few Toronto listings have come up.

The Toronto Bicycle Network is an organization dedicated to all matters bicycle. Its online message boards http://tbn.ca/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/wwwthreads.pl offer forums for just such a want as yours. Cruise on over and post a message.
