-1" steerer with center pinch bolts, not off-set to one side
-4-bolt handlebar clamp
-31.8 compatibility
-5^ rise/drop
-100mm length

I think that covers it. Right now I have a 3T Zepp XL and it's got the two bolt handlebar clamp. The stem has been known for failure, i.e. the clamping bolts strip out. Just looking for a replacement for it that has the 4-bolt clamping plate. Any help is appreciated!

Any 1-1/8 inch stem will fit a 1" steerer with the (usually) provided reducer bushing.

I can't think of any stem currently using an offset split in the steering clamp, so that would rarely be a problem.

5 degrees is not a common angle, except for some stems sold by Supergo. 6 degrees is more common, (most Ritchey stems). 1 degree less angle will drop the bars a little less than 2mm, or raise them les than 2mm if you're using the stem in the flipped position.

You also have to consider the effect of steering clamp height. Steering clamps range from 35 to 50mm in length. Ritchey stems are 40mm.
