Going along with the latest plan to increase doping penalties for lame excuses, I've come up with the doping excuse matching game. Match the excuse for testing positive with the athlete who used it.
A) The dope was for my dog.
B) The dope was for my mother in law.
C) The dope was found in my suitcase not my blood.
D) Caused by unspecified medical procedure.
F) The drugs were in some candy given to me as a gift.
G). The postive test was caused by some bad chicken I ate at a hotel.
H) Aspirin transformed in the body into dope.
I) Training caused hematocrit to go UP.
J) Steak I ate had growth hormones on it.
K) Dietary supplements were contaminated.
1) Dario Frigo
2) Gilberto Simoni
3) Paola Pezzo
4) Raimondas Rumsus
5) Marco Pantani
6) Maria Luisa Calle Williams
7) Franck Vandenbroucke
8) Scott Moninger
9) Tyler Hamilton
10) Stefano Garzelli

Look if your are going to "borrow" from Velonews and Fark.com (the squirrel pict) at least give the credit where it is due:

WADA considers official 'Lame Excuse' list
The World Anti-Doping Agency is considering a crackdown on athletes who come up with 'the dog ate my homework'-style reasons to explain away positive doping tests. According to documents obtained by Cyclingnews, WADA is set to recommend penalty increases between 50 and 100 percent for athletes who trot out the same tired old excuses when they return a positive test, if they are subsequently found guilty of a breach of anti-doping regulations.
WADA's list - officially dubbed the 'Reverse Mitigating Circumstances Schedule' - reads like a shopping list of implausible explanations presented by athletes in recent years. Pared of the legal language necessary to make the classes of excuse comprehensive, it includes classics such as:
The drugs are for my dog
The drugs are for my mother-in-law
My mum told me to take it
Someone must have spiked my drink bottle
Nobody would be stupid enough to take that drug anymore because testing is so good
It must be a contaminated supplement
My body makes that drug out of the contraceptive Pill (or any other legitimate medication)
I have a naturally high level of (any substance that does not occur in nature)

The "Going along with the latest plan to increase doping penalties for lame excuses" was referring to the cyclingnews story. I just assume everyone reads that site.

I would have included those but I couldn't come up with who used them. The second may have been Garzelli and the third may have been Tammy Thomson (sp?); I couldn't find anything with google to confirm those, though.

I think number 11 can be a spot for Hondo as I think he will come up with a good one.

I think Eddy claimed he was framed like that when he came up positive back in the day.
And it's always best to provide a link to the source, as not everyone hits the same sites (although it seems like it at times. . . )
