i was wondering what aerboar people really like. I'm doing ITT and TTT events, not triathlons, any mainly thinking about clip-on aerobars rather than a whole integrated handlebar.

I've used a set of Profile Design aerobars, and really begun to enjoy these events more and more, so now thinking about investing in a set of my own. PD & Syntace bars look good, but I don't know much about them.

I'm not too happy with them. They are not well made. The arm rest hing pins fell out and the springs in the flip up arm rests lasted about a week.

I'll get the Syntace next time. You just have to make certain to get the right length for your needs.

I have PD Century-s, they work quite nice-and for me are very comfy...only gripe is the height difference between armrests, and the bar--the mounting system causes your arms (and thereby the rest of your person) to be an extra 1-2" above your drop bar...also with these FIT can be a little finicky I suppose-these don't have adjustable length, so either w/ your given geometry they work or they don't.

I think PD makes a set which has full adjustability-can't remember the name they attach to it though.
