Bought Klein Quantum Race which was supposed to be in "very good" condition. He described 3 imperfections to me on the bike. Upon receipt of bike it is in horribe shape, lots of scratches, and the fork dropout is pinched so that a wheel won't mount. John has refused to do anything about this and claims the fork damafe happened in shipping, but why should I believe that when he was dishonest about the condition? I luckily paid with mastercard, so I have disputed the charge through them, and filed a complaint with the FBI of interent fraud. These people need to be taught a lesson.
