on the illegal immigration front a Military Contractor (Naval Coating Inc) was busted for having 86 out of its 167 employees as illegals (with Naval Shipyard security clearances)
1 a convicted drug smuggler.
No punishment for the employer yet, as none of the hiring employers who've been busted under Bush's Safe Cities Act. None to date have been punished. Only 2 busts have been sent to the City Atty Office.

oh and a Border Patrolman was busted for smuggling 750 lbs of Pot.
