Ok, so it isn't that old, but when I have it on the trails everyone doesn't believe it is really a kestrel. This is the picture pre modification. I turned this badboy into a carbon singlespeed. Single speed geeks are the whole-earth, steel is real hippy set in MTB, so I thought I would *******ize the sport with a carbon roadie machine. It now has a carbon seatpost and bars, Rev-x wheels, and a SLR seat that has carbon hiding inside. I am waiting to find a replacement fork brace for my carbon legged Rockshox Futureshock, then the carbon influx will be complete. I set it up with a 32/18 so I can make most of the rolling trails here, but it can be a handful when the trail gets technical. It has cool rear dropouts that can be flipped to make it 135mm or 130mm spacing.http://i24.ebayimg.com/01/i/01/7c/e1/34_1_b.JPG

I will get a pic of the beast. It will be with a rigid fork though as I am in eternal quest of the forkbrace for the carbon fork.
