View Full Version : orca or 585 bikepassion 04-30-2005, 10:16 PM I`m thinking of bying a new bike. I hesitate between an Orbea Orca or a Look 585. I`m wondering about the ride qualities of these two. I `d like fast and comfortable. I enjoy going up hills and sprinting. Would anybody share opinions ? Thanks. They gave a good scientific analysis of the stiffness and weight of a number of carbon frames. The net of it was the Orca was generally heavier, less stiff and more comfortable. The 585 was one of two that were generally well balanced in stiffness, weight and ride quality.
