I just picked up a set of Bontrager Carbon Tubular wheels.

First time owning carbon and tubular, any tips out there that people know about?

Thanks in advance,

find somebody who has lots of experience gluing tires and give them some beer. then you can have them show you how to glue the tires on, or just do it for you. apparently wunlap togo has determined that red glue (gutta) is best for carbon rims. he read some exhaustive test results that somebody came up with, and that's was they said. use the bontrager pads that came w/ the wheels.
what else...? hmmmmm, i wouldn't ride them everyday, even though they are pretty strong. if you race, save them for races. if not, save them for nice weekend rides. that way you won't get too used to having light wheels and when you do use them, you'll really notice a difference.

Actually Vittoria Mastik is the absolute best glue bar none. This guy has done much research.

... Vittoria Mastik One is the only glue I've ever used... the only glue I'll ever use (as long as they make it that is...)
