For those interested there will be a group ride starting up soon (5/14/05) in the Mid-Cape area on Cape Cod. When? Saturdays at 10am sharp, weather permitting. Where? Off of Old Town House Road in South Yarmouth, Ma., Old Town House Road Park (fairly new park, close to the dump) Distance? 25 to 30 miles, mostly back roads where there is less traffic. Type of Riders? Somewhat fast recreational road riders with nothing to prove. Policies? Riders should carry all their own gear, treat others (even motorist) as you would like to be treated and I'm now leaning towards a no-drop policy.
