First, thanks to all to responded to my thread a few days ago. I've done some homework called a few dealers and builders themselves that either sell or make steel frames with carbon seat/chain stays. With all the conversations I've had I came to the final conclusion that the carbon stays add somekind of stiffness and snappiness to the rear compared to a full steal frame. Since I've been only to test a full steal IF I can't compare it to anything with a carbon rear.
Anyways I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a Moser M81 which is Fillet brazed constructed instead of Tig welded. Here's a few pics that a shop in PA sent me, to me atleast the berry color would look cool in the sun.
Any thoughts?

of course that had no rear carbon, but also had a pinarello opera for a short time, and still have a full steel ride. i did not notice any rear end difference between the opera and my bianchi boron xl (all steel). the tk-1 was definitely better fit/finish that either the bianchi or the pinarello.. also was a more comfy ride (but it was zero ht, and the bianchi and opera are 16.5 types)
anyway, i think you'll be pleased with a moser.

I have a 58cm Leader AX, which is a fantastic bicycle. The geometry is my absolute favorite, moreso than my C40HP, Tommasini Diamante and Bottecchias. Pretty quick on the front end, perfect for racing, yet its a very comfortable, signature steel ride. Yep, one kick a$$ bicycle.
Go for it, you'll be amazed.

get a merckx max leader w/ a steel fork. if you have long legs and a short torsso it will fit you better than anything other than a custom bike. hmmm.. since i mentioned it, a custom waterford road sport is absolutely sweet.
forget those carbon add ons.

I'm the original owner of a Motorola one of these....after 12 years of many different bikes it is still my favorite. Colker1 gives good advice. However, they do tend to be heavier than current steel models and since you were looking for a carbon rear end...

Before anyone begins to call this spam. We spend allot of Money advertising on (this site) RBR, Magazines, and see no need to spam the site. I am only interested in what you think about the similarities.
785R frame compared to the Moser looks almost identical. It is nice to know Leader is being copied by the big guys two years after the 785R was introduced.
The only real difference is our geometry that we feel is the best in the industry.

This post was brought to my attention by a sponsored rider. Both bikes are very nice.

I think it's a HUGE stretch to state that Moser is copying you guys. The other way around? That I would believe...
