What do you think of the site? I'm wondering if is accurate. When I eat all the servings they suggest, I ultimately consume too many calories in the day. And my fat intake always shows up around 45%, which doesn't seem right.

A blueberry muffin (regular size, not jumbo)
Spinach salad with 2 TBSP of hard boiled egg and 2 TBSP of ranch dressing
1.5 Cups of Red Bean & Rice soup with some sausage in it
and a 1/2 cup serving of chocolate pudding with a TBSP of whipped cream

It does not seem to me that 45% of those 880 calories are from fat. I would like a tool that helps me track my diet. I'm trying to "make my calories count." This is important if you have a busted thyroid.

I'd never tried that site before, but it's unbelievably clunky and difficult to use.

Try http://www.fitday.com/ It's free, and pretty accurate as long as you enter the hours you spend sleeping as an activity.

Fitday is pretty great. I'm a fan. It does, however, tend to overestimate calories burned while riding because it assumes an inefficient rider. I can get it to synch up with what my powertap tells me if I put in a slower ride speed for the same time (if my average speed for a ride was 17 mph, putting in 12-13 mph is about right).
