I've got a spin doctor crank tool from two years ago. Can this tool be used to pull Campy cranks? Are square taper crank threads a standard size?
Who has good prices on Campy tools?
All cranks I've ever seen have the same thread. What must be correct is the diameter of the end of the puller that presses against the end of the BB spindle. Tools made for the newer octalink and ISIS BBs are too large for a taper crank spindle.
If you have the older style made for tapered spindle cranks, you're in business.

About the only geniune campy tool you might want to buy is a cassette lockring/BB tool and even that's not necesary. Park makes that tool also.
