No, you can't get 14/16. However, the 14/15 are actually 1.7mm in middle section, not 1.8, so they're in reality 14/16.5? I had used DB14 for most of my builds, one of my favorites. You can also get XL14s which are 1.5mm/17G in middle section, but I'd reserve them either for super light wheels or for non-drive side.
