The Copper Tank on 6th St. has been a popular gathering place to view the TdF.

Other options are the many sports bars in town. One in particular (and I don't recall the name) is on 5th and Colorado. Lots of hot chicas working there!

Or if any of your friends have OLN, watch it at their house.

there's supposed to be a bar that's cyclist friendly. Can't remember which one. I was thinking of riding down there Sat or Sun to watch - make it part of my long ride....
